Can we Keep our products Simple and Standardized? Is it really possible? What can be simplified? There are many areas in which we can apply this principle as conventions, architecture, development environment, used technologies etc. During session we will go case by case and discuss props and cons based on my experience from different projects and companies which tries to apply it.
