The Exascale Future of Today

Conference

cloud Cloud & BigData

The evolution of planetary-scale data systems has far-reaching impact on everyone. There is a paradox, however: the larger systems become, the more difficult less complicated things become. As massively-distributed, exascale data systems take the scene, substantial research and innovation drives change at the most fundamental levels of the Internet. Rob will discuss the evolution of Big Data systems that are “too big to exist”, their impact on the future in general, and give a glimpse at what the future may hold for some of the Internet’s largest services.
